An expert in both client- and server-side Web design and development technologies including CSS, XHTML, JavaScript, PHP, PERL, and MySQL, Peter believes that good design, at every level, is not a luxury but a core principle. In fact, bad design gives him shingles. He acts as project lead on all Linking Arts productions.
